All resume, cover letter and coaching session packages are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for any reason.
I understand that life happens and emergencies come along every now and then; should you need to reschedule your coaching session, I ask that you notify me 3 hours before your session. This will allow me to manage my time for other clients and for my family more efficiently. We will then reschedule your coaching session for another time/day.
The 30-minute coaching sessions will be scheduled for Saturdays & Sundays, 2:30 pm EST - 5 pm EST; Mondays & Fridays, 5:30 pm EST - 7:30 pm EST.
Due to my own schedule, I will not make exceptions to this availability. Before you purchase this resume, cover letter and coaching session package, please make sure that you will be able to participate in your coaching session during these timeframes.
Should you not be able to attend a live 1:1 coaching session over Zoom, I will send you a video review of your resume and cover letter.
